Philosophy
Integrity Directional Services will be a company built on honesty,
trust, and Integrity. We will do
things right the first time. We will treat our customers and employees
like our family. Our
employees will be our greatest asset. We will accept no job that we
do not feel 100% confident in
being able to perform to the customer’s satisfaction.
People
There are two officers in the company, Steve Boyd and
Charlie Hodges. We each
have 25 plus years in the business. Our 50 years of business
experience came from 9 different major and mid-size service organizations
where we gained valuable insight as to what worked, what didn't work,
and things that could be done better. We share the same views as to
how a service company should be run. We started the company with our
own hard earned money and are completely debt free. Through hard work
and by hiring only dedicated, loyal and conscientious people we have
built an organization that we are proud of. We uphold the values of "integrity" in
everything we do. We live our lives the same way and expect the same
from each of our employees.
Steve Boyd – 26 years experience with Baker
Hughes, Anadrill Schlumberger, Ryan Energy Technologies, Weatherford
Drilling Services and Integrity Directional.
Charlie
Hodges – 34 years of experience with Baker Drilling
Systems, Delmar Directional, 3-D Directional, Pathfinder Energy Services,
Strata Directional and Integrity Directional.
As
you can see from the company name, we have much to uphold. And we
plan to do business
just as our name implies, with Integrity. We hope you will give us
